PRIVATE SESSIONS
Stefanie offers private movement training/healing sessions at her Tourmaline Z Studio, located in the Clock Tower Business Center at 75 South Church Street in downtown Pittsfield.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and may draw on a wide range of methods and techniques Stefanie has studied and practiced for decades. These include the GYROTONIC Expansion System®, Restorative Exercise, Cranio-Sacral-Fascial Therapy (CFT)/The Gillespie Approach, Fascial Unwinding, Osteopathic Reflexology, Franklin Method, Laban Movement Analysis, Bartenieff Fundamentals, Continuum, Authentic Movement, and Yoga, along with advanced training in various energy and intuitive healing modalities.
As a teaching artist in dance, percussion, movement, and performance, Stefanie sometimes weaves these creative skills into sessions when appropriate. She has received expert training and mentorship from legendary dance educators such as Lynn Simonson, Heather Cornell, and Dianne Walker, as well as through esteemed institutions including the Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival School.
Stefanie brings a diverse and well-rounded background, with extensive experience supporting individuals across a wide range of needs and goals. She has worked extensively with people navigating disabilities, stroke, brain injury, autism, post-cancer recovery, and rehabilitation following surgery or injury. Her expertise also includes complex mobility challenges such as Parkinson’s disease and multiple sclerosis. In addition to her restorative work, Stefanie supports athletes, musicians, dancers, and artists seeking to refine their skills, elevate their performance, or recuperate after big projects. Her approach is insightful, compassionate, and highly skilled, meeting each person where they are and guiding them toward what matters most in their lives.

Sessions are available in 30- to 90-minute formats, with rates ranging from $50 to $150.
Stefanie is also available to discuss movement offerings or programs created especially for your location.
